The Horsfield Practice covers a mixed ethnicity population with all demographic groups represented.  The patient population covers all ages.

Historically Colne was an industrial and rural area.  Horsfield is a traditional general practice in a 1970's style health centre in Colne, East Lancashire but plans are in place to move to a new modern building in early 2014.  The practice catchment are includes, Colne Barrowford, Blacko, Foulridge, Trawden, Laneshawbridge, Nelson and Wycoller.

GP appointments are available to book on the day or up to 6 weeks in advance.

Nurse appointments are bookable up to 6 weeks in advance.

Pendle valley is a large medical practice with a team 7 GPs and 2 nurse Practitioners 5 practice nurses and 2 HCA'S of in a purpose build health centre in Nelson.

Patients can choose to be seen by the GP of their choice by booking on the day or up to 6 weeks in advance.

Nurse appointments are available to book up to 6 weeks in advance. The receptionist will be able to advise which nurse you will see on booking the appointment. Or you can request your own preference.

Brierfield practice is situated in the town centre in a purposebuilt building.  The practice offers a range of services and a flexibleappointment system which allows for 'pre-bookable' and 'on the day'appointments.  The staff team includes clinical and none clinical members to deliver a good quality service.
