We make every effort to give the best service possible to everyone who attends or interacts with our practice. However we are aware that things can go wrong resulting in patients feeling that they have a genuine cause for complaint.
When we look into your complaint , we will investigate the circumstances; we will take steps to ensure that learning is conducted to assist in preventing the same problem again in the future.

In those cases where the complaint is made to LLR ICB, the practice will comply with all appropriate requests for information and co-operate fully in assisting them to investigate and respond to the complaint.
