The Friends and Family Test (FFT) is a short questionnaire which gives you the chance to provide feedback on the care and treatment you've received at our GP surgery. It also helps us to improve our services and see where we've done things right!
The questions are answered anonymously which means you don't have to give us any personal information.
We ask:
1) How likely are you to recommend our GP practice to friends and family if they needed similar care or treatment.
2) Thinking about your response to this question, what is the main reason why you feel this way?

Last Month FFT Results
In June 2023 the Filey Surgery launched a new automatic text message service which asks patients to complete a Friends and Family Test online. We had a staggering 285 responses in our first month.
