Awards we as a Practice have received

The New Springwells Practice  were delighted to receive the Cancer Care Award from Macmillan Support.

This award was presented in recognition of the support given to those with a cancer diagnosis and was led by practice nurse Sam, supported by all members of the team.

Patients with a diagnosis were invited in for a review of the care they receive and provided with information on help and support available, this was run as a Macmillan pilot involving a few surgeries and has been proven to be very helpful and popular to those who have received this support.

This will be continued and all those with a diagnosis will have access to this service in the future.

The New Springwells Practice were also delighted to receive the Carers Award from Lincolnshire County Council.

We can also say we are Dementia Friendly thanks to the Alzheimer's Society.

The New Springwells Practice always endeavours to provide an all round excellent service.

We are please to receive our accreditation for being Armed Forces Veteran Friendly.
