Station Road Medical Practice pledges to treat patients with dignity and respect. Likewise, our staff expect to be treated with dignity and respect in return.
There has recently been an increase in the number of incidents of aggression towards staff. The practice takes this issue very seriously so please note that shouting or use of inappropriate language towards staff will not be tolerated under ANY circumstances. Patients who behave in this manner at any time will be removed from the practice list immediately.
