Are You a Carer?
If you are please let us know Carer_Leaflet_(Updated_October_2012).doc
We want to help and support you - remember that if you look after someone's daily needs - even if they themselves are not our patient, we need to make sure that you are also looked after - that also means ensuring that you receive the annual flu vaccination. With your permission we will make a record in your notes that you look after someone.
There is a wealth of information on NHS Choices about carers and caring. Below are some links into the site that we hope you will find useful.
Whether you care for someone a few hours a week, or for 24 hours a day, there is a wide range of confidential and independent information and advice, helping you to care.
