Social Prescriber - for adults aged 16+ with a long term condition or complex needs. This service works with you to help you find what sorts of services and input is best placed to help you.

Minor Eye Condition Service  - for urgent appointments with one of the specialist Islington optometrists trained to treat minor urgent eye conditions (such as red eye, watery eye, discharging eye, painful eye)
