What is self care?

Self-care is about keeping fit and healthy, and understanding how best to look after yourself.

Pharmacists are available to help provide advice on self-care options for minor ailments and common conditions. If your condition is not an emergency, your local pharmacist is here to help. Do not go to a pharmacy if you have symptoms of coronavirus or are self-isolating.  You can also order prescriptions via the #NHSApp or your pharmacy’s or the practice online ordering systems.
