GP Patient Survey
In the near future, you may receive a Scottish GP Patient Survey through the mail.
The survey aims to gather information about your recent experience in your GP Practice.
We would urge you to complete and return this survey as soon as possible. Patient participation in the survey will have a significant impact on the Practice.
Please be aware that in the Practice we operate an advanced booking system where appointments are available to book up to 6 weeks in advance. We also offer emergency on the day appointments. Patients do have access, either by consultation or telephone, to a GP or Practice Nurse within 2 working days.
