Health & Wellbeing Community Clinic

Speak to members of the PCN team and Community Services to discuss and assess your Health and Wellbeing needs.

Our Paramedics, Health and Wellbeing Coach, Clinical Pharmacist and Social Prescriber will be available on the day, no appointment necessary.

Drop in for High and Annual Blood Pressure reviews and Heart Health assessments and any questions you may have.

Our new Cloud-Based Telephony system (Surgery Connect) is now live.

Our telephone number remains the same, 01621 772360. You will now also hear a number of options available to assist your query/request. All calls are recorded. 

HALF DAY SHUTDOWN

Please note that the surgery and dispensary will be shut from 12.00 noon on the following dates for staff training. We will re open as usual at 8.00am on the following day. 

Should you need an emergency doctor during this time please telephone the surgery and you will be directed to the emergency doctor service.

If you telephone the surgery in an emergency when we are closed you will hear a message asking you to put down the phone and dial 111. This will connect you to the out of hours emergency service who will deal with your problem.  Calls to this number are free from mobile and land lines. Please do not use this service for trivial matters.

 Please do not ask to see a doctor out of hours unless you genuinely cannot wait until the surgery re-opens.

 

Call 999 in an emergency. Chest pains and / or shortness of breath constitute an emergency.
