Travel Vaccinations
Please call into the surgery to request a travel form. Please fill this in and hand it in to reception allowing up to 6 weeks before travel, this enables us to order the correct vaccines in to stock. We do not hold stock of all vaccines, so please ensure you do allow us time to order. The form will be given to our Practice Nurse, where she will determine which vaccinations are needed for your travel. We will then invite you to an appointment to have these administered.

It is important to make this initial appointment as early as possible - at least 6 weeks before you travel. These vaccines have to be ordered as they are not a stock vaccine.
Some travel vaccines are ordered on a private prescription and these incur a charge over and above the normal prescription charge. This is because not all travel vaccinations are included in the services provided by the NHS.
