FLU Vaccinations from October 2024

65+ years old

We have invited all our patients aged 65 + to attend for this free and important protection again seasonal flu.  If you have not received your invitation please call our reception team on 01515115805 after 12pm to book in.

18-65 years old and vulnerable patients 

We are now in the process of inviting all other cohorts over the next few weeks via text message or letter.  Please ensure your contact details are up to date with our reception team.

2&3 year olds

Invitations have been sent to all patient parents/guardians who are aged 2&3 to receive their free nasal spray flu protection.  Appointments are available from mid September please call reception team to book in.

COVID Autumn 2024

Please note we will not be offering the Autumn COVID vaccination at the practice.

The CWP Living Well Bus will be offering:

•     Covid-19, all ages/eligibility 
•     Flu, adults only
•     RSV, older adults (not pregnant)
•     All UK childhood immunisations however, although stock will be on the bus, the focus for the first few weeks of the AW24 programme with be Covid-19.
•     Health Checks

Community Pharmacies that will be able to offer Covid-19 vaccinations during the Autumn/Winter 24 period
