Oil & Gas/Offshore Energy OEUK

An Offshore Energy UK medical is an assessment of fitness to work offshore in UK (and Norwegian waters since 2013). Both Dr Hunter and Dr Ledger carry these out. This is a non-NHS service and the fee for this medical is £160.00.

‘Fitness to Train’ medicals are available during the medical as an additional service. If you require additional tests, this may carry an additional fee (including ERT (see below)).

** If you are having a ENG1 seafarers medical carried out at the same time, a discounted rate of £40 applies

Following passing the assessment a certificate will be issued in accordance with OEUK Medical Aspects of fitness for work offshore: Guidance for examining physicians (2008) and are valid for 2 years unless a restriction applies. Please allow 60 minutes for your medical.
