Friends of PMG

The Friends of PMG is a small group of dedicated patients that work with the practice to help support the work we do and how we develop as well as providing an important like to patients, their needs and education.

The Friends provide a critical point of feedback from a patient point of view and are a really important part of how we develop the practice to meet the changing and growing demands of local NHS healthcare.

Our Friends group is led by one of our GP Partners, Dr Eloise Scahill who is passionate about working with our patients to ensure that everyone gets the best experience from PMG.

hat do the Friends do?

The group normally meets once every couple of months either on-line or in practice to work directly with the practice staff; GPs and managers.

They produce a patient newsletter which gives update on the practice, showcases the latest work and developments, seasonal advice and service, and gives some insight in to what makes our practice tick.

The Friends represent the practice at local events to promote the practice, local healthcare options and educate patients.

The Friends work with local community groups, schools, colleges and institutions to raise the profile of the practice, supporting our work and engaging with all areas of the community across age and background.
