Contacting the Practice - Open between 8.30am - 6.00pm
1) Ring in advance from 8.30am if you need to speak to or see a health care professional.
2) Deaf & hearing loss patients: please let us know your preferred method of contact (BSL/ISL, Loop, email, text).
3) When having a phone consultation, find somewhere quiet where you can speak aloud and have a note of what you want to discuss in front of you.
4) If you need a repeat prescription, you can use the online ordering facility or place your order in the postbox inside the front door . Our staff can help you register for the online facility.
5) Contact us in the afternoons for queries and test results.
