Update to Patient Access Website and Apps

The patient access website, android app and apple app have all recently been updated.

If you are aged 18+ then this is the easiest way of booking a GP appointment or ordering your repeat prescription.

Our routine appointments with the GPs and advance nurse practitioner are bookable online. You can see all the appointment times available and pick one that fits into your schedule.

Our on-the-day appointments are also bookable online from 8am, exactly the same time that they are bookable on the phone or at the surgery.

When We Are Closed

closed_signTo request an urgent visit when the surgery is closed, ring NHS 111 or visit 111.nhs.uk.

NHS 111 will either

(a) give you advice
(b) send a prescription to a pharmacy of your choice
(b) ask you to come to the Treatment Centre, or
(c) arrange for another doctor to visit you.

 

Enhanced Access Service

Elm Lodge Surgery works closely with our Primary Care Network to provide an Enhanced Access Service at Tessa Jowell Health Centre.
