Please order your repeat prescriptions 7 days in advance of needing medication and allow a few days between ordering and collecting it at your community pharmacy.

If you wish to collect your prescription from the surgery please allow at least 48 working hours between ordering your medication and collecting from the surgery.

Any problems please telephone the surgery.

Repeat Prescriptions

To re-order a repeat prescription please order online through Patient Services or complete the re-order form which is attached to your prescription and either send or hand it in to the surgery.

We regret we cannot take telephone requests for repeat prescriptions.

Your prescription can be posted to you if a stamped addressed envelope is provided.
