Pharmacy Finder

From 1st March 2020- We will no longer be accepting email requests for
repeat prescriptions.
Medication Reviews
Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a doctor, nurse practitioner or practice nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications and notification should appear on your repeat slip. Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.
Please allow three full working days for prescriptions to be processed and remember to take weekends and bank holidays into account.
PRESCRIPTION COLLECTION
Prescriptions are to be collected by the patient to whom they relate, an immediate relative or carer. Prescriptions cannot be given to anyone under the age of 14 years. If you wish to give your consent for someone else to collect your prescriptions, other than a pharmacy, please advise the surgery in writing.
BEXLEY MEDICINES MANAGEMENT TEAM
The Practice follows the guidelines devised by MMT on medicines/drug prescribing. Your prescription item may sometimes be replaced with another cheaper brand. This does not mean that it affects the effectiveness of the medicine/drug.
