Repeat Prescriptions

Please note we need 48 hours (2 working days) to process your prescription request.

We accept repeat requests in the following ways:

• On-line via our website.
• By fax – on 01792 645257
• By post – please include a SAE if you want it posted back to you.
• In person – drop the request in during opening hours or through the letter box.
• Via the chemist – you can instruct a chemist on your behalf to order, collect and deliver.

We do not accept requests by telephone unless you are housebound. In this case please call after 10:30.

To avoid being issued with the wrong medication we can only accept written requests, either using the right hand side of the original prescription or a written request.

Medication Reviews

Patients on repeat medication will be asked to contact the surgery at least once a year to review these regular medications. Notification for your review will appear on your repeat slip.

Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.
