Repeat Prescriptions

If your long-term medication has been approved on a repeat prescription basis you can order in the following ways:

• By telephone - a telephone answering service is provided to enable patients to order their repeat prescriptions between 18:00 – 09:00 and at weekends.  Please ring 02891 638744 and follow the instructions.
• In writing - a post box is situated at reception to enable patients to post their requests for repeat prescriptions. Please note these services are for repeat prescriptions only.
• Online - via the link at the top of this page. New users are required to complete a simple registration.

Medication Reviews

Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a doctor, nurse practitioner or practice nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications and notification should appear on your repeat slip. Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.

Please allow two full working days for prescriptions to be processed and remember to take weekends and bank holidays into account.
