REPEAT PRESCRIPTIONS
At both Springfield Road and Riverdale Surgeries you may request a repeat prescription by telephone or online.
You must tell the receptionist:
- which chemist you would like to collect your prescription from;
- inform the chemist to ensure it is collected from the surgery;
- You must also give 48 hours notice for all repeat prescriptions.
Reception will not check any prescription queries unless 48 hour notice has been given both surgery and chemist.
DO NOT ATTEND THE SURGERY TO COLLECT YOUR PRESCRIPTION UNLESS INSTRUCTED.
Riverdale Surgery now operates a dedicated telephone facility with instructions on how to order repeat prescriptions.

The reception staff will deal with all patient requests in a timely way.
