Part of the process requires the use of an authenicator app on your smart phone such as 'Microsoft Authenicator'.
You can download this free app using your mobile's app store. do this first
You need a desktop (recommended)/ laptop or tablet AND a smart phone with a working camera to scan a QR code to register.
Open the email invite sent from Balmoral on your desktop PC/ laptop, not your mobile phone to start the registration process.
Click on the website link to be directed to the 'Patient Access' website.
this email will also contain your username / pass codes required to register.
click 'register' and follow the on screen instructions.
Please allow 2 WORKING DAYS for your script to be processed and available at your nominated chemist.
ALL PRESCRIPTIONS WILL BE SENT TO YOUR PREFERRED PHARMACY OF CHOICE unless otherwise specified.

PLEASE NOTE WE NO LONGER PROVIDE FOLLOW UP / ANALYSIS OF PRIVATE MEDICALS OR BLOOD WORK CARRIED OUT IN THE PRIVATE SECTOR EG RANDOX. As per the health boards guidance patients attending privately for these investigations are expected to complete any outstanding work in the private sector eg private gp . please do not leave these private test booklets in at reception.________________________________________________

Disabled Access
The Surgery has been designed to accommodate the disabled. The entrance, consultation rooms and toilet are suitable for access of wheelchairs. There is parking on the Surgery forecourt.
