With Immediate effect our ONLINE script ordering service is no longer operational - please use the prescribing line 02837 600 734
12th and 13th March reduced GP cover as essential training takes place.
24/25/28/29th April MAJOR DISRUPTION TO ALL SERVICES with no computer access at all. We will only be able to deal with acutely urgent problems on those days. There will be no booked appointments with GPs, Treatment Room or Clinics. No repeat scripts, hospital letters or correspondence will be dealt with.
In the 2 weeks following the changeover, we will be using a totally new computer system which will inevitably lead to delays and disruption.
REPEAT SCRIPTS - If you are due to order scripts during the weeks 21st and 28th April, we would appreciate you ordering the week before Easter and we will do our best to get all scripts issued by 18th of April.
We apologise in advance for the inevitable disruption to our GP services in the coming weeks and wish to thank you for your support and patience through the next 2 months as these changes take place.
