Missed appointments

In August 2025, a total of 196 patients did not attend the surgery for their appointment.

This was a waste of 32.6 hours of NHS time which could have been used to treat other patients who needed to see a Clinician.

Please cancel your appointment if it is no longer needed to help other patients and to help the practice to offer as many appointments as we can.

This practice will not tolerate any aggressive or unreasonable behaviour directed towards the surgery staff and its patients.

We will remove patients from the practice list if they breach the practice zero tolerance policy
