KLINIK IS CHANGING! 

In response to patient feedback and to improve the way that we operate, we are changing the system that patients use to contact us from Klink to Anima.  In advance,we are asking patients to make sure that they have registered for an NHS login.  

We are really excited about this change and the benefits it will bring to all of our patients and staff.

Anima seamlessly integrates with your medical record, improving how you access care and appointments and how we assess your condition. Anima allows our Clinical Triage Team to continue to improve access times by helping us to direct you to the most appropriate care for your medical needs. This ensures that we make use of our limited resources in the most safe and efficient way. All appointments will continue to be offered according to clinical urgency and need.

To ensure equity of access for all patients, all requests are added via Anima.  If patients are unable to get online, our reception team can take you through the form.  To reduce telephone queues, and keep lines free for those who do not have internet access, please do use Anima to contact us.  Completing your own Anima request also means that you do not need to discuss your medical problem with our reception team.

 Named Accountable GP for all Patients

All patients have a named GP who is responsible for patients' overall care at the practice.  If you wish to know who this is, please contact the practice.  The named accountable GP will take lead responsibility for the coordination of all services required under the contract and ensure they are delivered for their patients where required (based on the clinical judgment of the named accountable GP).  Although patients have a named accountable GP, they can see any GP in the practice.
