We know that we are still struggling to meet the increased demand in terms of phone calls particularly first thing in the morning. Please bear with us - we aim to answer every call.

We have introduced a system called ARC which allows us to 'queue' and divert and manage calls as efficiently as we can. This will give us 'real time' statistics about the number of calls trying to get through at particular times of the day.

Unless you are looking to make an emergency 'on the day' appointment, we would suggest you call after 10am.
