 Working under the supervision of the Practice Manager and Assistant Practice Manager we have a dedicated team of receptionists and administrators who deal with appointments, telephone calls, prescription processing, results, registration, chronic disease and other health care administration, computer data entry, referrals and many other aspects of practice administration.
They are a hardworking team who are here to help you. They may ask details about your medical condition; they are instructed to do this by the doctors so please try to co-operate and remember they have a busy and increasingly difficult role. |
