You can now register to receive information by text message on your phone regarding appointments and health care. Around 150 appointments a month are lost to people not turning up for their appointment, which results in many hours of doctors and nurses time being lost.
If you then need to cancel an appointment for any reason you can reply with a cancellation text.
If you wish to register for this messaging service please fill out the consent form or notify the receptionist the next time your down at the surgery.
