Please allow 48 hours for your repeat prescription to be available for collection at reception.  These must be collected before 5.30pm.

If requesting your prescriptions to be sent to your designated chemist, please allow 72hours for collection there. 

In accordance with new Data Protection Regulations, you must now order your prescription IN PERSON at the front desk or put into the box on the counter.

If you wish to check if your prescription has gone to your designated chemist, PLEASE CONTACT THEM IN THE FIRST INSTANCE.

** Patients now have access to new Vision Online Services - ie, Ordering Repeat Prescriptions and Booking GP Appointments **

 To avail of this new service, simply come into the surgery to register. We will ask you for your email address and mobile telephone number, and then you will receive your 'token' code to log in, plus instructions on what to do.

Registration is very simple, but we ask you to bring in photo ID with you when you come in as you may be asked to produce it.  We are unable to accept registrations for this service for children under the age of 16.

Once you have registered, you will be able to access the new Vision online services to order your repeat prescriptions and book your appointments!
