Please write to our Office Manager or Business Manager with your suggestions and include your contact details so that we may be able to respond to you directly.
Complaints Procedure
We operate a practice complaints procedure as part of the NHS system for dealing with complaints. Our system meets the national criteria.
Details of the practice complaints procedure can be given by our Administration Team or any of the Practice Management Team.
If you require further information or wish to discuss a formal or informal complaint, please contact our Practice Management Team in writing.
