Appointments

Appointments, with the doctor of your choice, may be made by calling in at the surgery, booking online (registration required) or by telephoning 01277 633144 

If you feel that your problem is urgent the doctor will try and see you on the same day. Please inform the reception, as soon as possible, if you are unable to keep your appointment. 

Telephone Advice 

The doctors are available to give telephone advice after morning surgery. It may not always be possible to speak directly to the doctor and the receptionist may ask you to leave a message which the doctor will reply to as soon as possible. All messages will be treated confidentially.

Practice Nurses

In a number of cases it might be worth considering an appointment with a practice nurse rather than a doctor. Practice nurses are qualified to deal with many conditions and you may be seen more quickly.

Cancellations

If you cannot attend an appointment for any reason please inform us as soon as possible in order for us to give the slot to someone else.

BB Healthcare Solutions

BB Healthcare Solutions provides an enhanced access service for patients in Billericay between the hours of 6.30pm - 8.00pm Monday to Friday and on Saturdays. These appointments are held at a Hub Clinic in Billericay, currently The New Surgery, and are available with GPs, ANPs and practice nurses. These appointments are booked directly by the surgery.

If it is more convenient you may request a hub appointment for the evening or Saturday in advance. At other times, if the practice is at capacity, we may only be able to offer you an appointment at one of these locations.
