Fee Payment
We ask that you settle your bill at the time of your consultation. Both surgeries accept cash, credit/laser cards and cheques. It is our policy to issue receipts. See above tab for more details on fees.
GMS/Doctor Visit Cards
Please bring your GMS/DVC card with you to all your appointments. You may be asked to present it to reception in order to ensure that you are not charged incorrectly for your consult.
Family Visit Consultations
These are offered and we have a reduced pricing for such visits. Please advise the receptionist of this type of appointment when booking.
Telephone Consultations
Our Doctors & nurse are very busy during surgery hours and therefore are unable to take phone calls during these times. If you need to contact one of the medical or nursing staff, please phone reception and leave a message, the appropriate member of staff will contact you as soon as is convenient. It is our aim to return your call within 24 hours.
Cancellations
Please contact reception as soon as possible if you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment. We understand that circumstances change and we would appreciate notice if you cannot attend your appointment so as to be able to offer the slot to another patient.
