Appointments

To make an appointment with the GP or Practice Nurse please phone 771209 or submit an eConsult form. Our Patient Service Coordinators will ask you some questions, theses questions are asked so that you can be dealt with quickly and by the most appropriate clinician.

You can choose if your appointment is a telephone appointment or a face to face appointment. However if you have a high temperature or symptoms of a respiratory illness, we will arrange an initial telephone appointment, the clinician that you speak to will make arrangements for you to attend the surgery if this is required.

If there are no appointments available, the reception staff will take a note of your name, some details of your medical problem and your telephone details and the GPs will phone as soon as possible to discuss what is the best course of action for you.  They will see medically urgent requests on the same day. If your call is placed after 3:00pm you may told that due to the late nature of the call, our clinicians may not be able to deal with your request on the same day. If you still require medical assistance after 6:00pm and have not been contacted by our clinicians you will need to contact NHS24.

If you have a high temperature or symptoms of respiratory illness you should not attend your appointment. Please contact us to rearrange.

If you cannot attend an appointment or no longer require your appointment it is important that you please telephone and cancel, so we can give your appointment to someone else.
