How do I book an appointment?
GP appointments
- We offer a daily telephone triage, with same day telephone consultations bookable by contacting the surgery by telephone between the hours of 08.30am-10.30am every weekday morning.  The reception team member will ask you for some information on your presenting problem before allocating your call to a GP
 - Calls can be prioritised by the GP's in terms of clinical need but will always be returned as promptly as possible throughout the day
 - Following a telephone consultation, the GP can arrange a face-to-face appointment if required
 - Similarly, relevant tests & investigations may be arranged after discussion with the GP
 - The appointments line may be closed earlier than 10.30am if on the day demand is high
 - Afternoon calls are reserved for urgent / emergency calls only
 - There are a number of pre-bookable telephone and face-to-face appointments for non-urgent problems.  Depending on availability, these can be booked up to a fortnight in advance by speaking with a member of the reception team at any time
 - If you require a translator, the receptionist will arrange this for you. This can be both telephone and face to face.
 - If you require a sign language interpreter we will arrange this for your appointments.

Nurse Appointments are all pre-bookable face to face consultations.  Please contact reception.
Baby Clinic
- The Health Visitor/Public Health Nurses/GP are here on Tuesday afternoon 2pm-4pm to vaccinate all our babies and pre-school children.  An appointment can be made via reception.
