If you have mild or moderate flu symptoms, stay home to avoid spreading the virus, especially in GP practices, hospitals, and other healthcare settings.
If you need medical advice, visit your local pharmacy or call NHS 24 on 111 for urgent concerns.
To reduce the spread:
Wash hands often
Cover coughs/sneezes with a tissue or your elbow
Consider wearing a face mask
Find a self-help guide at NHS INFORM.

If you require an urgent appointment with a doctor please call the surgery between 08:30-10:30am, you will be asked a few questions by our Reception staff to determine what clinician you would be best suited to see. Most of our emergency appointments are now Face to Face.
