DURING THE CURRENT COVID 19 SITUATION WE WILL BE LOCKING OUR MAIN DOOR TO THE PRACTICE BETWEEN 1PM AND 3PM DAILY SO THAT THE STAFF CAN DEAL WITH THE INCREASED WORK LOAD IN RELATION TO REPEAT PRESCRIPTION REQUESTS. HOWEVER IF YOU NEED TO SPEAK TO US URGENTLY PLEASE KNOCK ON THE DOOR AND SOMEONE WILL ASSIST YOU.
Book on the day - Ring when surgery phone line opens. Pre Booked sessions are booked in advance. There are other pre bookable appointment times during the week ,please ask for details. Surgery & Phoneline opens at 8.30am daily .The Phone line closes at 1.00pm daily and reopens at 3.30pm until 6.30pm Monday to Friday . When the phone line is closed you can still contact one of our Doctor's by ringing 01303863160 and listening to the message.
Between 8.00am and 6.30pm Monday to Friday you will always be able to speak to a Doctor. If our answerphone is on, listen to the message for instructions.
The Practice main door is opened at 8.30am and closes at 6.00pm Monday to Friday .If you are a patient who we dispense to please arrange to pick up your medication between 8.30am and 6.00pm Monday to Friday .
Due to the COVID crisis the above times may be subject to change.
This Practice holds Extended hours surgeries on Tuesday Evenings .
Protected Learning Time - All Clinicians have to attend regular training sessions to ensure their professional development is maintained. To enable them to do this, the practice will be closed for one afternoon every month, during these periods emergency cover is arranged and should you require a Doctor you will need to ring 111.
