District Nurses
The District Nursing team supports our patients in their own homes and in residential care.
They provide nursing care and advice for patients with acute problems, long-term medical conditions and terminal illnesses. District Nurses visit people at home when they are unable to come to the surgery for treatment.

Health Visitors
The Health Visitor team support our patients by providing advice on health care, particularly for expectant mothers, small children, childhood immunisations, the elderly and teenagers. Our local team of Health Visitors for Lancing are based at Shoreham Health Centre.
