• Telephone consultations.

• An Urgent Access Clinic daily.

• Limited same day appointments.

• Specialised nurses clinics are run at Derby Road site only.  - Please see clinic and services for further information.

Same day appointments can be booked from 8am each day. There is therefore a large surge of telephone calls at 8am when the surgery opens. 

If your request is not for a same day appointment, you will find it easier to call the surgery after 10am when the telephone system is less busy.

If you need to cancel or amend an appointment - the simplest way to do this is to call the Practice.  the reception team will be able to assist with your request.
