GP Appointments

You can now book same day routine telephone GP appointments online via the NHS Wales App.  

If you have already registered with the NHS Wales App, please log on at 8am any weekday, select appointments at bottom of page, select GP practice appointments and select book an appointment. 

PLEASE NOTE:  THE GP MAY NOT CALL YOU AT THE EXACT TIME SELECTED ON THE APP, BUT THEY WILL CALL YOU AT SOME TIME DURING THE DAY SELECTED, THIS CAN BE UP TO 6:30pm.

If you are not yet registered with the NHS Wales App, you can do so by selecting https://app.nhs.wales 

Alternatively, please call the surgery on 02920797751 and speak to a receptionist.  Please do not come to the surgery unless you are advised to do so

When your call is answered, our trained receptionists will ask you a few questions to ensure you are directed to the most appropriate service which may be your local Pharmacy.   

Please note, GP appointments are same day only and cannot be booked in the future

Chaperones

All patients are entitled to have a chaperone present for any consultation, examination or procedure.  The chaperone may be a family member, friend or member of staff.  

Urgent Medical Emergencies

Patients with serious medical emergencies should not delay treatment whilst trying to contact the surgery.  If you feel you may be having a heart attack, or for any condition you feel needs urgent or immediate medical attention, do not hesitate to call 999

Eye and Dental problems 

For eye problems, please contact your Optician and for any dental problems, please contact your Dentist

Cancellations

If you are unable to attend an appointment for any reason please inform us as soon as possible so that we can give the appointment to another patient.   Appointments can also be cancelled using the on-line facility via NHS Wales App.
