We read every comment and suggestion that you provide, whether that is from a note, our survey, our suggestions box, or our Friends and Family cards.
Wherever we are able, we make changes as a result of your feedback.
It is very important that we hear from you where we are doing well and also where we can make improvements to our services.
It is also important that all of our patients understand the significant pressures that the NHS is under financially and are realistic about what it would be ideal for us to be able to provide compared to what we are able to find the money and time to provide. Despite the pressures, we are working hard behind the scenes to increase our efficiency to make sure that we have some resources to invest in making improvements.

Year of Care Survey - Annual Review Appointment Feedback
If you have certain ongoing conditions, we invite you to come for an annual medical review appointment each year. At the end of these appointments with the Health Care Assistants, Nurses and GPs we will print a survey form for you. This is a really useful opportunity for you to give your thoughts about a particular service. If you have had an annual review appointment recently and didn't fill in the paper questionnaire at the time, please use this link to give us some feedback.
Friends and Family
This is an official NHS survey. It is more limited in its use to us as ideally we need to know more about you and about all the things that you are thinking of when you provide your answer.
