Banchory Patient Group 

We are a group of individuals, all of whom are registered at the surgery, who meet quarterly to discuss any issues that are relevant to the patients who use the service.

Dear Patient,

If you would like to become involved with our Patient Group you can collect a leaflet at the front desk or alternatively, submit your application online below. The group is generally made up of 12-16 individuals of different ages and meets quarterly at the surgery.

We will be in touch shortly after we receive your form. Places are limited and as we try to ensure a balance of people from different demographics, we cannot guarantee a place in the group at this time. Please note that no medical information or questions will be responded to. All applications to join the PPG are discussed at our AGM in April.

Virtual members

Would you like to have a say about the services provdied at the practice?

We appreciate that not everyone has the time to give to attend meetings so we are setting up a 'Virtual' Practice Group in addition to our existing group. This is an email community of patients allowing you to give ours views and be part of the decisions we make evne if you don't have a lot of free time.

If you are happy for us to contact you periodically by email please complete the enrolment form and hand it into reception.
