Repeat Prescriptions

Repeat prescriptions can be requested 2 ways: by using our automated service via  our on-line service tab at the top of the page : calling the surgery on 02890 392392 and select option 1 for our automated service, allow at least 72 hours before medication is due.

If you are given medication for a trial period or as a one off this medication may not be on your repeat medication list. Please contact reception in this instance to order your requested medication.

Please do not let your medication run out. 

Prescriptions can be collected at reception or by a chemist of your choice. However it is the patients responsibility to organise a chemist collection.

Medication Reviews

Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a doctor, nurse practitioner or practice nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications and notification should appear on your repeat slip.

Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.
