Repeat Prescriptions

All repeat prescriptions must be ordered by telephone at 01 4902327.  All prescriptions will be sent directly to your nominated pharmacy.

Medication Reviews

Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a doctor, nurse practitioner or practice nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications and notification should appear on your repeat slip.  

Hospital Prescriptions

All medical card patients who hold an active card, can avail of the "hospital scheme" with the pharmacy upon being discharged from the hospital.  Simply take the hospital prescription to your chemist and they will issue a 7 days supply of your medications, bring a copy of the prescription within 3 days and we will issue any balance due on the prescription. 

Please allow three full working days for prescriptions to be processed and remember to take weekends and bank holidays into account.
