Over 70's GP VISIT CARD
Every person aged 70 or over are now entitled to FREE GP CARE. Please make sure to register here Over 70 GP Card and to choose DR ALISON HAMPSON to register at our practice.
Baby Vaccinations - Changes from 1st October 2016

Vaccine Information for Parents
FREE UNDER 6's GP CARE:
Have you registered your child for their Free Under 6's GP Care? If not please follow the link here: Under 6 GP Card,
In order to avail of this service, you must have registered and been approved, you will receive a card number from the HSE, this number can be used to avail and GP visits and DDOC visits. Your Reference Number is not a valid number to avail of the service.
You will need to have your PPS number and your child/children's PPS number, and be sure to choose DR ALISON HAMPSON as your GP.
Developmental Check:
As part of your Under 6's care every child aged 2 & 5 is entitled to a developmental check.
It is hoped that from September we will be providing developmental checks for all children aged 2 & 5.
Our website will be updated with information on how to make an appointment for your child's developmental check.
ASTHMA:
Does your child use an inhaler? Has your child been diagnosed with Asthma? If so as part of the Under 6's programme you are entitled to an annual check-up for your child.
It is planned that an Asthma programme will be in place in the practice from September. Our website will be updated with information on how to avail of this service.
Smoking Cessation Programme
We are always looking for ways to help our patients lead a healthier lifestyle. We are delighted to recommend The Northside Partnership Smoking Cessation Programme for patients in the Dublin 3, 5, 13 & 17. The purpose of the programme is to:
- Reduce the prevalence of smoking in the population group
- Provide a service that assists people to realise their ambition to stop smoking
- Promote the service and create awareness about the health dangers of smoking for smokers and their family.

We have extended our surgery opening hours, we now offer a extended evening surgery on a Tuesday evening, if you require to see your GP after work please contact the surgery to make an appointment anytime up to 7pm
