OVER 70's G.P. CARD 

(This service is available only to patients registered at our practice) 

From the 5th August 2015 every person aged 70 or over will be eligible to access GP services. In order to avail of this service you must either apply on line or alternatively you can complete an application form. both options can be found here: GP Visit Card Over 70

FREE UNDER 6's GP CARE

(This service is currently only available to patients currently registered at the practice)

We at the Hampson Surgery are delighted to announce that we will be providing:
