How to re-order your Repeat Prescription

We have an Online Service (Emis Patient Access) which enables patients to order repeat prescriptions.  

To register email gram.ardachadministrator@nhs.scot with a photo of yourself holding a form of photographic ID i.e. passport/driving licence/student card and confirm your name, address and date of birth.

This email should be sent from your own personal email address.

We will email your unique PIN number and instructions for set up.

Unable to access the internet or online facilities please see the alternative ways to order your medication below:

  • Please post your re-order request (right hand side of your prescription) in the box provided in the reception area. 
  • If you are housebound please contact your local pharmacy to place your request.

48 hours notice is required for all prescription requests

Did you know? 

  • 1 in 10 medicines in Scotland are wasted – this costs NHS Grampian millions of pounds each year   
  • Prescription medicines cost NHS Grampian over £121 million in 2023/2024 (this doesn’t include medicines prescribed or supplied in Grampian hospitals). 
  • NHS Grampian spends over £1.4 million each year just on paracetamol. 

 

What can we all do to help? 

  • Check what medicines you have at home – those prescribed and any bought over the counter.   
  • Check if your repeat list is up to date 
  • Think before you order your prescription medicines  
  • Please order only what you need 
  • Don’t order anything you are not taking
